OK, listen up...........I screwed up and put a "&" in the file name of a dozen or so uploads.
Win/zip doesn't recognize anything after the "&" sign so it doesn't see the ".rar" at the end to know it is suppose to open it.

Right click on the file and tell windows what program to use to open the downloaded file, ie: win/zip or equiv. The rar file will open normally after ya tell windows what program to use. Or you can also just rename the file as long as there is a ".rar" at the end of it, and win/zip will see it and open normally.
Sorry about this screw-up.........will try to correct these file names as I find them .
