30 years ago today at 9am I sent away for Led Zeppelin tickets for their upcoming 1980/1981 North American Tour. Tickets could only be purchased through the mail for the tour. At 11am I heard the upseting news that John Bohnam had passed away. 2 hours of ecstasy and then disbelief and sorrow.I never got to see the original lineup and Sept 25th is a day of listening to alot of Zeppelin for me every year.
