It was a closed circuit show of their Washington DC concert and back then it was shown in theaters across the country so it had to at least be decent sound wise. But the limitations of the equipment in 1964 can definitely be felt. In the first song, George has to switch mics because his wasn't working, so he's barely audible during his first verse. And on Ringo's "I wanna be your man", you can't really hear him at all. I don't think they even gave him a mic and tried to pick his vocal up from an overhead mic!
Other than that it's not too bad.
