Philly don't play a good game of "Patrick hide the puck", do they? How long have I waited for this moment? Over 40 YEARS! Chicago Blackhawks - Stanley Cup CHAMPIONS!! I really never thought I'd get to say those words in one sentence in my lifetime.
As a Flyers fan since birth (I believe my first words ever were "Let's Go Flyers"... but I can't confirm that), let me just say that, indeed, the better team won. Chicago had more energy and played much better defense, especially in the final two games. So as much as it hurts me to say it, Congrats to the Blackhawks! Enjoy it while you can!

I use to live in Rantoul, Illinois in the early 70's when I was 15 and use to always listen to the matches on my radio.
I'm now in the U.K. and watch the hockey all the time. If they can keep the side together, we could be in for a great couple of years!!
